Tanisha McKenzie

Tanisha McKenzie is a retired police sergeant from the New York City Police Department who has transitioned into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her journey began when her son, Tristan, was diagnosed with autism at the age of two and a half. Witnessing the transformative effects of ABA services on his life ignited her passion for this discipline.

Tanisha became a Registered Behavior Technician while completing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the process. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Forensic Psychology and is a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

As a dedicated and hardworking professional, Tanisha thrives in both team environments and independent roles. Her strong time management skills and adaptability enable her to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.

Tanisha is eager to make a positive impact through her ABA services and looks forward to the opportunity to support individuals in reaching their fullest potential.

Amanda McKenzie

Amanda McKenzie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst who has dedicated nearly a decade to serving children with autism, beginning her career as a Registered Behavior Technician before advancing into her role as a BCBA. As a Clinical Director, Amanda brings both hands on experience and clinical expertise to her work, overseeing the development of individualized treatment plans, conducting comprehensive assessments, and facilitating supervision for behavior technicians and clinicians. She is deeply committed to implementing evidence based interventions that promote meaningful skill acquisition, reduce maladaptive behaviors, and support each child’s long term independence. Amanda’s leadership is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a strong dedication to improving the quality of life for the children and families she serves, while ensuring clinical integrity and excellence across all aspects of care.
